Area Development

The Development Agent is an independent contractor who has an agreement to develop and support a specified number of Wine Lovers Stores within a specified geographic territory.

• The Development Agent’s duties include:

  • Recruiting new owners.
  • Assisting owners in site selection.
  • Assisting owners with lease negotiation.
  • Assisting owners with the construction and opening of the store.
  • Providing owners with ongoing operational support.



Boutique Winery and Retail Store

Available selected states within the United States where as a Wine Lovers license dealer, youcan apply for a State ABC and Federal TTB license. You will make wine from quality juice concentrates and sell it by the bottle, by the case and by the batch of 30 bottles with custom labels for weddings and all special occasions. The operation is usually set up in 2000 to 2500 sq ft in a high traffic strip plaza with good visibility and parking. There is a wine making area in the back and in the front area a tasting bar with retail shelving for the wine and gift boutique for unique wine accessories and giftware. Wine Lovers will teach you to make wine from over 30 varieties from all over the world.
